Morning Motion: Beginner Pole Class
Beginner Pole Class: Strength and Conditioning
During this 1 hour class, we will exercise the main muscles groups to create a strong foundation for proper technique.
What to bring: water bottle
What to wear: comfortable exercise clothing is welcome, skin exposure is encourage. The more skin you have showing, the easier many moves will be. For example: tank top/sports bra/swimsuit top (some moves require armpit skin, some moves require shoulder skin); spandex/short athletic shorts/swimsuit bottoms (some moves require upper thigh skin/bikini line skin)
